Objectives:

- Understand major challenges to effective supply chain management, including variability, organizational silos, the Bullwhip Effect, and tradeoffs
- Recognize the importance of product design and manufacturing in the supply chain process
- Learn the importance of metrics (supply chain performance measures), including chain-wide metrics
Introduction:
Supply chain management is involves all functions within organizations and contribution to creating value, in the form of increased profitability, technology leadership, and organization market share.
The benefits of integrating major functional activities, including product design, purchasing, information systems, manufacturing planning and control, inventory management, human resource development, financial planning, forecasting, sales, quality management, distribution, transportation and other areas via internal information systems.

Integrated supply chain management is now recognized as a core competitive strategy, as organizations continuously seek to provide their products and services to customers faster, cheaper, and better than the competition.
Duration:
64 Training hours, Tow days in the week Saturday& Tuesday (8 days* 8 hours) from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM, for lunch time one hour.
- The training will be conducted in English & Arabic and the material in English.
Certificate: Certificates of Attendance will be issued from Ain Shams University.
